Sausage Tomato Sauce

Brown chopped garlic and chopped onion in olive oil. Remove Italian Sausage from casings. Brown sausage with onion and garlic. Drain. Add one can diced tomatoes and 1 T. of your favorite Italian spices and 1/2 c. chicken stock. Bring to a boil then simmer until broth is reduced.

Serve over pasta or ravioli or tortellini.
