ChimmiChurri

Chimichurri--We use this as a dip for plantain chips or as a sauce for grilled steak.



I put the parsley and cilantro into the food processor with garlic and vinegar or lemon juice. Slowly drizzle olive oil in until desired consistancy. Season with salt and pepper.
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
