1 1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. molasses
4 c. flour
2 t. ginger
4 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Refrigerate mixture then shape into balls, roll in sugar and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
